Senior Program Analyst
**Description** The Mission Concepts and Capabilities Division (MCC) of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking a motivated, energetic **Senior Program Analyst** to support the government in the development and application of high-assurance computer security systems hardware and software. This contingent position, expected to start late spring or early summer 2025, will support provide support on-site in the National Capital Region, from ARA facilities, and via telecommuting when approved. In this position, the successful candidate will + Provide strategic planning and implementation to enhance S&T cooperation between DoD and external organizations + Provide technical program management, contribute to program development, and monitor program progress **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related discipline and 8+ years of related experience OR high school diploma and 15+ years of directly relevant experience + DoD TOP SECRET clearance + Must be a US Citizen + Ability to work independently or as part of a team + Experience providing strategic planning and implementation to enhance S&T cooperation between DoD and external organizations + Experience reviewing reports to ensure progress is accomplished toward program/project objectives and deliverables + Experience providing technical program management + Experience providing briefing/presentations to research sponsors and other government agencies on program development and progress **Desired Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and eight (8) or more years of related experience + PhD in a relevant discipline and five (5) or more years of related experience **COMPANY INFORMATION:** Applied Research Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned international research and engineering company recognized for providing technically superior solutions to complex and challenging problems in the physical sciences.
