Senior Program Analyst
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to provide outreach support for navigations services to educate and inform aviation users, airport managers, air traffic control, and other aviation officials for future planning.    Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Support project demonstrations with major air carriers and regional airlines that demonstrate the benefits of GNSS-equipped aircraft Develop content for articles and manage the review process for an online newsletter publication Coordinate and manage quarterly outreach meetings Coordinate all navigation events and develop/purchase the materials (handouts, videos, etc.) to support these events Should be a creative thinker looking for new opportunities to inform and share updates from a navigation program Proactively develops communications products for distribution to multiple audiences including but not limited to stakeholders, general public, internal FAA, and Congress Distribution is made via multiple avenues such as internal meeting briefings, printed collateral materials, the FAA’s public website, broadcast media and events The successful candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Master’s degree in a principle or related discipline may substitute for 2 years of relevant experience Minimum 10 years’ experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution Also requires demonstrated Cost and Schedule experience with programs, demonstrated experience with cost accounting, and schedule development Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Experience in the aviation industry

 

The following qualifications are preferred:

Familiarity with project management Salary Range: $115,000 to $120,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
