Senior Program Analyst - Position Description

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Navy customer Washington, DC

Security Clearance:

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description: General Tasking Description:

Collect, Review, and Analyze Information: Gather and evaluate data to support Government decision-making. Develop Solutions to Problems: Identify organizational issues and develop effective solutions. Organizational Understanding: Understand the nature of the organization, including its internal structure and external relationships. Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations. Interview and Observation: Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to collect relevant data. Support Implementation of Recommendations: Assist in implementing the recommendations based on analysis and findings. Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze relevant data, including financials, employment, or operational metrics, and develop mathematical models to support recommendations. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on analysis and recommendations.

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process). Experience in surface combatant ships. 15 years of relevant professional experience.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
