Senior Program Analyst
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst   Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: The Senior Program Analyst has responsibility for the development, implementation, analysis, and evaluation of project materiel for establish and sustainment programs Must manage and control specific categories of nationally furnished project materiel, revises/approves regional requests for recommitment, reassignment of assets to meet regional priorities, adjusts original requirements and schedules as required, and ensure that the Project Materiel Management System reflects current asset availability information Performs a variety of program analyst functions/duties to include but not limited to the following: Program planning Preparation and analysis of program related data Review of program status Preparation of reports Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and Regional office personnel, FAA SMO and facility personnel Provide occasional general logistics support Performs most task assignments independently except for those complex or complicated task assignments requiring guidance from more experienced senior Program Analysts May also provide guidance to less experienced Program Analysts The successful candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management and Materiel Management that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively in writing and orally Knowledge of FAA’s Acquisition Management System and have knowledge and experience in using the Logistic System Support System (LCSS), Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Access and Power Point  At Tetra Tech, health and safety play a vital role in our success.
