**Description**
SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. SAIC is a proud member of the Advance Battle Management System (ABMS) consortium in support of the Department of the Air Force’s (DAF) mission objectives. A common objective we share with our Air Force customer is creating decision superiority by delivering relevant information and capabilities to warfighters and operators. This position represents a unique opportunity within SAIC’s Air Force Business Group (BG) with multiple opportunities available to support our growing Portfolio, as well as working closely with mission partners across the defense industry.
**The ideal candidate will:**
+ Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
+ Drive program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
+ Ensure the responsibility of the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
+ Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
+ Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
+ Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
+ Establish design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.
+ Expand the product line with the customer.
+ Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
+ Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree and six (6) years of prior relevant experience; Masters Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of prior related experience; or ten (10) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
+ Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
+ Engineering experience in the following: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Process and Product Development (IPPD), Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, host quarterly Release planning Events (RPE), Work package alignment, direct integration efforts, host design reviews, risk management, Program Management Reviews (PMR), Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF), Host Support Equipment Working Groups (SEWG) and status updates regarding SE related contractual efforts.
+ Experience with COMSEC.
**Preferred Additional Skills:**
+ Active Top Secret clearance
