Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Analyst (Warfighter Integration) you will support customer interests with relevant warfighters and COCOM stakeholders. As the lead support contractor for the organization, the individual facilitates planning and knowledge sharing of capabilities and requirements to inform acquisitions for current/future programs.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:
At least 20 years’ experience in tactics, operations, and advanced programs.
Possess working knowledge of exercise policies, practices, and procedures, as well as have experience with exercise interpretation/analysis and translation into operational recommendations
Possess familiarity with customer portfolio and capabilities
Must be able to organize, conduct, and lead meetings, conferences, briefings and in support of customer objectives.
Must possess expertise to effectively liaison with national-level agencies, DoD Services, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies
Possess strong analytic skills and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment.
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to provide briefings to program office staff about ongoing theater planning efforts, operations, and pertinent exercises to inform current and future capabilities.
Possess the ability to work in a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired. STEM degree highly desired.Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI/SAP
