Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for New Ventures within the Rutgers Office for Research. This position will support all aspects of administration and operation Rutgers’ I-Corps activities, including marketing and promotion, recruitment and registration of teams, operations of in person and virtual events and programs, data tracking and reporting, and financial operations.
The Office for Research’s mission is to support the research, scholarship, and creative endeavors of all Rutgers faculty. The Office accomplishes its mission by convening with academic and research leaders, providing integrated, user-focused resources, services, and tools, and partnering with faculty.
This position will support all aspects of administration and operation Rutgers’ I-Corps activities, including marketing and promotion, recruitment and registration of teams, operations of in person and virtual events and programs, data tracking and reporting, and financial operations.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides financial and business development support to advance the innovations towards commercialization, and to evaluate the potential for a startup as a vehicle to bring those innovations to the market.
