We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to lead the business workstream for our Financial Sanctions vendor replacement project. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across our enterprise.

Role Overview: Lead large / complex IT programs, projects and portfolio to deliver critical business outcomes against time / cost / quality objectives. Delivers an enterprise IT program management office tracking outcomes and compliance using governance frameworks, controls and communications to ensure transparent and effective delivery of IT change initiatives.  Enhances enterprise IT communications frameworks by identifying and implementing technology, process and people opportunities to drive efficiencies and identifying opportunities for new metrics and measures. Grow the business enterprise IT change capabilities creating through communities of practice and learning channels. 

Key Responsibilities:

IT Program Management

Lead the delivery of critical, complex or large-scale Corporate IT change programs and projects, managing multiple workstreams and project managers.  Deliver integrated activity and resource planning, progress management, risk management and stakeholder communications to achieve successful delivery of business outcomes to time, cost and quality targets. Create and manage the Corporate IT Annual Portfolio for projects and programs, working with the function leaders and managers to identify critical outcomes and constraints and tracking the ongoing delivery of the portfolio to support successful business delivery.

Governance, Metrics & Compliance Management

Manage, maintain and improve the Enterprise IT Project Management Office (PMO) by operating best-practice metrics, processes, materials and reporting to focus on value-delivery across agile and traditional project delivery disciplines to drive seamless visibility to the executive and delivery organizations.Deliver senior executive IT Business communications / reports across federated of US-business IT organizations, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, accuracy and incorporating new data sets and sources to support changing business needs.Enhance IT compliance to critical governance and business communications frameworks, collaborating with enterprise IT leaders and working with delivery and technology teams to identify opportunities to optimize technology solutions to deliver efficiencies and enhanced capabilities.Expand the governance frameworks to incorporate and develop Agile disciplines and delivery transparency and supporting the company agile transformation journey.

Grow Enterprise Business IT Change Capabilities

Grow the Enterprise IT change skills and capabilities through the management of recommended training resources, certifications, communities of practice and other resources covering Agile, SaFe and project management tracks.Provide guidance and support to agile and project management practitioners across the organization to support ongoing IT value delivery and compliance to required governance standards.

Improve and track project/program/agile business controls to align to TM Group governance requirements.Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.Report any controls breakdown to management.Conduct all activities in a safe manner.

People Management

Guiding and leading the delivery of other people through a matrix organization.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading complex portfolios spanning organization boundaries and covering a mix of Infrastructure, Security and Application initiatives, including 3 or more years working in an Agile organizationDemonstrated experience with agile methodologies and frameworks including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban and Scrum.Strong understanding of IT and portfolio management financial and value practices (capitalization, ROI calculation, business case evaluation etc).Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
