Role Purpose

Reporting to the Soft Services Lead, the Senior Program Manager provides team oversight, regional strategy and operations in support of the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Soft Services Program.

What this job involves

Lead operational support of North America regional program and team to ensure deliverables for the client including but not limited to: regional strategy, standard operating procedures (Global SOP Playbook), KPI’s, customer success measures, data analysis and budget ownership.Lead program vision, standardization, collaboration with cross campus programming/community partnerships and capital projects in relation with the client (Amazon GREF).Responsible for program health reporting: MBR’s, QBR’s and metrics delivery.Expressions leadership contact and client representative for Amazon GREF.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling.Interprets, understands and effectively communicates program excellence needs and insights to a diverse internal/external stakeholder group.Artistic knowledge base informing educational outcomes in a programming capacity

Twelve (12) or more years of program experience (preferably in real estate, community engagement, strategic partnerships and/or hospitality)Artistic knowledge and appreciation of educational outcomes Business acumen with understanding of corporate infrastructure and systems management Thorough budgetary experience requiredExcellent communication (written and verbal)Previous experience of working within a fast paced and high-profile corporate environmentPro-active and hands on – happy to support other Team membersKnowledge of Facilities Management processes preferableIT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.Professional, friendly and welcoming attitudeAbility to show initiative

Estimated total compensation for this position:

132,200.00 – 191,700.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
