Role Purpose
Reporting to the Soft Services Lead, the Senior Program Manager provides team oversight, regional strategy and operations in support of the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Soft Services Program.
What this job involves
Lead operational support of North America regional program and team to ensure deliverables for the client including but not limited to: regional strategy, standard operating procedures (Global SOP Playbook), KPI’s, customer success measures, data analysis and budget ownership.Lead program vision, standardization, collaboration with cross campus programming/community partnerships and capital projects in relation with the client (Amazon GREF).Responsible for program health reporting: MBR’s, QBR’s and metrics delivery.Expressions leadership contact and client representative for Amazon GREF.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling.Interprets, understands and effectively communicates program excellence needs and insights to a diverse internal/external stakeholder group.Artistic knowledge base informing educational outcomes in a programming capacityEvery day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.
