We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Senior Program Analyst will provide Configuration Management support to PMA-276 FMS.

Functional Description: Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for developmental projects in accordance with established processes. Review CM policy documentation to ensure consistency with modification, upgrades, safety, and installation program requirements in support of the H-1. Analyze draft ECPs and technical comments concerning changes for CCB review

Required Education: Master's degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. 

Required Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
