We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-280 Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS), specifically, the Weapon Control System Team.
Functional Description: The Senior Program Analyst shall track the various components of the TWS (all segments; TTWCS, AUR, TMPC, and associated test/support equipment) as well as external interfacing systems (AEGIS, VLS, GCCS-M, WSN-7, GPNTS/NAVSSI, CANES, etc.) as the components and systems converge on firing unit for USN ship installation, crew training, DT, OT, and Fleet Release.
Duties:
• Interface directly with Fleet representatives to identify USN surface test platforms. Develop HW/SW installation strategies and coordinate SCD processes.
• Align TWS & external components convergence on USN test platforms per IPTL direction and monitor execution.
• Identify and monitor internal/external project dependencies.
• Shape, capture in IGS, and monitor crew training, DT/IT, OT, QRA, and Fleet Release process activities.
• Track product delivery schedules. Assess delays and impact to TWS development, test, and deployment milestones.
• Issue/conflict resolution
• Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings:
o Definitive planning and status to next major milestone. Focus on dependencies between internal & external products.
o Goal is to maintain product, functional area, and contractor alignment/communication.
• Conduct schedule status meetings:
o Assess IGS accuracy and update as required.
o Prepare driving path, heartbeat, and project one-page schedule artifacts.
• Maintain list of external stakeholders and develop/exercise the project communication plan.
• Convene and facilitate ad-hoc meetings to resolve conflict and/or address issues.
• Prepare and present project status briefs to IPT/Program leadership as required.
• Participate and contribute to meetings associated with the project to include IPT status, PMR, IPR, Risk, and Technical Reviews.
Required Education: Master's with a degree in a business, management, or an engineering discipline. A Bachelor's plus 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Required Experience: Ten years of experience in PPBE support for program management, technical and business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Included in the 10 years, there must be at least 5 years of NAVAIR experience related to program management support.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
