Provide dedicated support to the Program Element Monitor responsible for the Secretary of the Air Force, Special Programs (SAF/AQL) survivability portfolioWork and collaborate on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independentlyExecute analysis of survivability technologies and associated systems to include system acquisition and life cycle management for programming, budgeting, and security policyUse your in-depth understanding of survivability, warfighter capability and requirements, DoD system acquisition, programs and defense policy to evaluate issues and provide recommendations up to the Director/GO/SES level on the portfolios security policyOversee the efforts of senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific projectProvide acquisition oversight and support portfolio management activities including working groups and integrated product teamsInterface with other DoD Services, Congress, industry, and other external offices and agenciesWork Environment:

Current TS/SCI with SAP eligibility10+ years of relevant DoD work experience, including experience on survivability related programs, research and development, or advanced technologiesIn-depth knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft survivability and electronic warfare to include signature management in the RF/IR spectrumDoD 5000.02 acquisition experience on one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs for research, development, test, evaluation, production, modernization or lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities of a DoD programWorking experience on a MAJCOM level or higher Staff ExperienceNo less than two (2) years’ experience in a Special Access Programs Operational experience (DESIRED)Strong communications skillsBachelor’s degree in a science, mathematics, engineering or related technical field
Desired:
SCI environment within the last five (5) years Master of Science (MS) DegreeScheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $180,000 to $205,000. This range is for the Maryland area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
