In this context, Prime Video wants you to join the EU team in London to support Prime Video leadership in developing the next phase of our business as we grow subscribers, engage users across of SVOD, TVOD and Channels subscriptions, and deliver new ways to enjoy the Prime Video Hub.
As part of the Business Operations team, the Senior Program Manager role will be responsible for obsessing over the customer journey, from new customers joining, to tenured customers engaging across multiple video services; understanding where and how customers realise value, and growing, developing and optimising our business for this.
This role will focus on ensuring our product is fit for the needs of our customer, and will innovate over new tactics for driving engagement and presenting value. Working closely with marketing, product and content, the Senior Program Manager will build programs, audit mechanisms and drive processes to ensure PV customers continue to love our service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute programs and grow professionally alongside your colleagues as well as to help influence business strategy, make autonomous decisions and own programs/projects.

- Lead strategic Customer Lifecycle initiatives forward through analysis of customer behavior, tailoring of offers, and attention to detail on the products that drive deeper engagement and value.
- Secure leadership and wider team buy-in with internal and external stakeholders for these strategic initiatives.
- Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired outcome into specific tasks and owners. Track progress, setting up critical project reviews (CPRs) as needed, and manage through obstacles to deliver program objectives.
- Partner with Amazon Prime to ensure Prime Video supports the vision for Amazon’s broader customer engagement responsibilities.
- Work closely with Amazon Video leaders in other locales to develop new services and product offerings with international scale.

This role will help deliver the team's mission of building the most-loved entertainment destination in the region, by identifying how we can delight our customers with the right content portfolio and how we reach them through smart marketing.
This is a hands-on low-ego team that works closely and collaboratively, with a high degree of mutual trust and support. We get things done, together!
Basic Qualifications
- Experience owning cross-functional program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing clearly articulated and logically supported recommendations to senior management with minimal supervision
- Experience operating with high level of independence.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives
- Proven ability to absorb, assess and retain large volumes of information
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
