Job Description:

Summary: The Senior Program Manager, Brand Creative is responsible for the relationship between internal customers and the creative team. The ideal candidate for this role will have 10-12 years in an account-based role or project management in an agency or had a similar role within a corporation and understands branding in a B2B enterprise technology environment. In this role the SPM understands how to brief, plan, manage and execute a wide range of brand programs from creative to media. 

This role has the goal to ensure seamless collaboration between the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating the delivery of high-quality creative assets and campaigns that effectively communicate the company and its division's brand messaging and value proposition.

Responsibilities:

Program/Project Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, and manage calendars across the team and the organization

Lead and manage a portfolio of brand creative projects, balancing priorities and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to address them.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and external vendors.

Manage, optimize, and improve use of project management software to manage projects, resources, and reporting data. 

Team and Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address client concerns.

Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into creative briefs and project requirements.

Communicate teamwork and updates across the company and across channels.

Support the development of creative approach and concepts that align with clients' business goals.

Devise an approach to systematically collect client feedback, analyze results, and devise ways to optimize project management and processes to elevate satisfaction and team effectiveness. 

Analyze project performance data, report out metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Studio Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the video studio, including equipment maintenance, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Manage and mentor a team of video production professionals, including videographers, editors, and audio engineers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute video content projects.

Promote the team and studio video services and attract new internal clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and/or account management, preferably in a brand creative agency or marketing environment.

Demonstrated expertise working in the areas of branding, campaigns and governance

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Workfront, Airtable, Asana, Trello, Basecamp)

Experience working with creative teams (e.g., designers, copywriters) and understanding of creative processes.

Highly motivated to build and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $182,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
