General Description (Summary, Scope, Purpose)

The Senior Program Manager reports directly to the National EB Technology Strategy Leader and is primarily responsible for operational program delivery and oversight for Employee Navigator and Rippling platforms. The EB Tech Ops Lead will also work in conjunction with SPG specifically relative to the Rippling / HUB partnership. This includes implementation best practices, quality assurance, ongoing service, communication, education and continuous process improvement. Other vendor platforms may come into scope as business need and partnerships dictate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of operational program delivery for Employee Navigator and Rippling platforms. While priorities can dictate time spent on each partnership, the Senior Program Manager will be expected to split their time 50/50 between the two programs. At onset, this may be skewed to satisfy specific partner deliverables.

Employee Navigator (EENav)Leverage regional standards to develop and maintain national standards and operational framework to ensure effective and efficient building and renewal of client sites.Oversee User structure and management to ensure security and compliance.Refine and maintain standards and best practices for effective use of EDI/API to eliminate manual eligibility whenever possible to enhance the ER/EE experience with the platform.Work closely with National EB Tech Strategy Leader and Carrier Technology TeamsStay abreast of EENav platform enhancements and educate HUB teams as appropriate.Refresh and maintain EENav specific materials for ongoing training and field support. Support use of EENav as a sales tool.Reporting of key data elements

RipplingCollaborate with HUB and SPG to develop scalable operational delivery standards for the Rippling partnership.Drive accountability by educating regional leadership on partner deliverable requirements and expectations to participate in the partnership.Oversee user structure and management of Rippling Client Command Center amongst each HUB region owner to ensure security and compliance.Consult with Rippling on the Client Command Center framework and best practices to ensure it’s a scalable solution for HUB as a national partner.Consult with Rippling on aggregate reporting efforts via the Client Command Center or otherwise to ensure HUB has visibility and can leverage reporting for data-driven decisions and process development.Ensure that contractual obligations are adhered to and met as it relates to Rippling and eligibility management working in conjunction with SPG, National HR Tech Strategy Leader, & Super Region ownersProvide program and education to HUB regions, AE’s, etc. on Rippling product and service requirements, serving as the national Subject Matter Expert (SME), including but not limited to:BenAdmin as it relates to overall system setup (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, Eligibility functionality, etc.)Rippling Apps (e.g., Compliance, Flex Benefits, etc.) & IntegrationsBenAdmin Builds and RenewalBroker Service Model within RipplingClient Health & Retention (Benefits & SaaS ARR)Develop materials for ongoing training and field support.Collaborate with Rippling product team on product/process enhancements and coordinate with HUB regions to aggregate feedback and insights.Provide insight to HUB regions for capacity modeling and staffing requirements to service Rippling referred business.Identify continuous improvement opportunities, both within HUB and Rippling, and implement strategies and solutions to drive ongoing success of the partnership.Other DutiesMaintain project management software (Monday.com) with project milestones, notes, and details for effective deployment and reporting of activities and trends related to each platform.Maintain Teams Channel for central housing of pertinent vendor and process documents.Liaison with Technology Practice Leaders on all things EENav & Rippling to share information and gain feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.  Business, insurance, or technology major preferred5+ years of experience working with Benefit Administration and HCM platforms and their modular components (including but not limited to EDI and API integration, employee benefits, human resources management, payroll, and project management) or equivalent technology operations experienceExtensive knowledge of benefit administration operations and deliveryAbility to operate both independently and in a team setting; relationship-oriented & collaborativeStrong analytical and technical skillsOrganized with heavy attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible, & thrives in a fast-paced environmentClear and appropriate communication with various stakeholders (internal and external) and active listening skillComfortable navigating organizational changeStrong sense of curiosity and willingness to learnProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

Other Requirements

Position can be hybrid or remote and may require travel to vendors, conference attendance or HUB offices from time to time as business need dictates.

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $110K to $145K and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
