We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead APAC GFD (Global Forward Deployment) expansion projects, with a focus on optimizing cross-border logistics operations for China and Malaysia. This strategic role will drive end-to-end improvements across our GFD leg1 operations while ensuring operational excellence and performance metrics enhancement.

A day in the life
As a Senior PM leading our APAC GFD expansion projects, your day begins with reviewing overnight operational metrics from China and Malaysia hubs, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for immediate attention. You'll lead meetings with cross-border teams to address any operational challenges and align on daily priorities. Throughout the day, you'll focus on managing GFD leg1 expansion projects, which includes coordinating with customs authorities, freight partners, and local operations teams to optimize cross-border processes. You'll spend significant time analyzing performance metrics, developing improvement strategies, and conducting solution workshops with various stakeholders.
