We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Entertainment Talent Operations (ETO) team to support critical global programs. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure under pressure. They will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team oriented, with an ability to deliver results through influence. They will have a proven track record at taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee key programs in TA that impact inclusive employee experiences (i.e.: communications, large team meetings, AMA sessions), specific programs (i.e. Bar Raiser), process optimization and cross collaboration.
• Provide consultative guidance and liaise across global Entertainment TA organizations (i.e.: Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Music and Games) on requirement gathering and integration options.
• Manage the implementation of new programs, develop mechanisms to measure and track success, provide ongoing documentation and communications to educate, influence and iterate.
• Define project objectives and develop milestone schedules, project meetings and updates.
• Translate data into actionable insights.
• Elevate existing recruiting/people programs to increase adoption, impact and consistency.
• Cultivate partnerships with TA program counterparts across Amazon (i.e.: TA BizOps, Finance, PxT, Bar Raiser) to design mechanisms that support shared learnings, uncover new opportunities and build action plans that support growth.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities through close partnership and alignment with TA partners and business stakeholders.
• Articulate status, key activities, and project risks to TA partners and business stakeholders. This includes verbal (live) updates as well as written updates.

Entertainment Talent Operation's (ETO) mission is to enable the collective success of Entertainment TA (ETA) and provide global talent analytics, internal communications, programmatic and operations support.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience with corporate doc writing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
