Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The Senior Program Manager provides project-related management for construction projects across various markets within an assigned Region or Division and is responsible for utilizing H&M's Project Management Methodology to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle. This position provides direct support to other functional project teams in the planning and execution of the job including resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating projects, interfacing with client representatives, overseeing project accounting, training, mentoring and coaching. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing third party resources. The Senior Program Manager completely understands the business, the context, and manages implications of change within the assigned Region or Division, ensuring compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established Project Management Methodology and upholding H&M safety and quality management protocols. Responsibilities The Program Manager manages overall project performance and serves as single-point contact. This role plans, monitors, and reports project status and performance data to management and stakeholders, participating in Executive level multi-stakeholder conflict resolution and avoidance to ensure efficient productivity and completion of projects. This position is accountable for managing risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans, and communicating risks for both self-performed and subcontracted work across all phases of projects in a program. The Program Manager will also conduct detailed analysis and data mining to identify, measure, monitor, validate and enumerate existing and emerging risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate will provide insight to thought leadership in the continuous improvement of methodology, tools and approaches using fundamentals of H&M Project Management practices. The Program Manager will ensure that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy, while fostering an environment of trust and candor, that is results-oriented and allows for assertive, positive and constructive feedback.
