Senior Program Manager
Senior Program Manager   Job Description Summary: D&G is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the CISA Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (SPP). CISA SPP promotes integration of policy and strategy across all CISA's mission areas. The Senior Program Manager provides the planning, direction, coordination, and control necessary to accomplish support for program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and planning.   Roles & Responsibilities:   + Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. + Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. + Manages a team of 10-20 personnel, exhibiting exceptional leadership skills. + Coordinates projects across CISA. + Tracks and communicates progress and challenges associated with multiple workstreams to SPP leaders. + Provides expert program support to multiple senior-leadership decision-making councils and working groups at the CISA, DHS, and White House level. + Identifies, recommends, and implements business process improvement that enables organizational maturity. Requirements:   + A Master’s degree in political science, Public Policy or another related domain. + 8-10 years of experience federal program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and correspondence and task management + PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other similar project management certification  Eligibility Requirements:   + Possess DHS Suitability Additional Requirements: This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))     Desired Skills:   + Highly Desired: Direct National Security Council experience, developing and implementing public policy and leading interagency policy processes.  Location:    + Hybrid: 3x per week onsite at client location in Arlington, VA Who We Are:   D&G is one of the fastest growing companies in the Washington-DC area and honored to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the nation.
