The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks within the assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial activities and operational efficiencies. The Senior Program Manager is typically responsible for managing specific large scale programs, initiatives, delivery, subordinates, and support personnel while overseeing multiple projects and tasks for the organization.
