Project Summary
Client will Provide managed support, in a managed services arrangement, for 18 current customers who are using highly custom implementations of AIMIA’s Channel Loyalty solution.
Responsibility
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing important, high-impact cross functional programs to bring a new offering to market, improve an existing product’s adoption and to provide leadership in our transformation to an Agile organization. You’ll work closely across both business and technology teams, and with multiple divisions and functional groups to deliver on our offering and organizational goals.
Job Description
Lead complex, cross-functional program across all phases of planning, implementation and production readiness and support. Create, optimize and drive structured schedules and project plans across divisions and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing conditions or data.
Key Technical Skill Connect all of the pieces of the initiative by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long horizons.
Desired Skills Anticipate, identify, document and manage key program risks, propose and drive appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
