What you’ll do:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a background in digital transformation and project management to support and drive multiple initiatives across Digital Transformation workstream teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical projects within a SaaS organization. Proficiency in sprints, scrum, and Agile methodologies is essential. This role will work in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to support various technical and business initiative projects undergoing digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years to 7 years of experience in program management, with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools, especially Smartsheet.

 

The Sr. Program Manager, will be responsible for the following primary duties:

Lead and manage multiple digital transformation projects, aligning them with strategic goals and ensuring timely delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various lines of business teams, marketing teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for digital transformation and execute on these initiatives. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly. Champion the use of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., AI, automation, data-driven decision-making) to drive transformation across the business. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and change management across all teams and stakeholders impacted by digital transformation projects. Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a high-performance work environment. Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on technical projects. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, including sprints and scrum. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, and other project management software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience in managing change in complex organizations and driving innovation through technology. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster is a plus Understanding of automation technologies and SaaS ecosystems is a plus.

 

Salary Range:

$85,000 - 120,000
