KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager(s) to join our Team. Selected candidate will lead/guide a diverse team of professionals supporting Program Executive Office, Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons PEO(U&W) logistics efforts supporting sustainment for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS 3), weapon systems and work with PACFLT, US Fleet Forces, OPNAV N9 Resource sponsors and Underwater, U&W, IWS, Mines PEOs and other emerging PEO(U&W) programs. These Senior Program Managers will collaborate with Navy Fleets, OPNAV requirements offices, and the PEO acquisition community to develop an approach for continuous improvement as the Naval Ordnance Enterprise (ORDENT) evolves over time. These senior program managers aim to support ORDENT in establishing cohesive governance and accountability across the naval ordnance environment. They will provide data-driven analyses of alternatives for approval to ORDENT leadership within cross-enterprise, cross-program forums. These analyses will communicate ordnance-related risks, opportunities, and proposed prioritizations in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Surface Warfare Enterprise, and Undersea Warfare Enterprise. Candidate should be prepared to accel in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Role and Responsibilities:

 The Senior Program Manager is the overall lead and manager in support of PEO(U&W) logistics weapon systems efforts.

Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on logistical program/project/issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements.Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.Acts as the overall lead for initiating, developing, and standing up new Courses of Action (COA) efforts in support of PEO(U&W) weapons systems, subsystems, Acquisition Category (ACAT) III-IV programs, Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAP)s and FMS Programs.Develop standardized readiness analyses based on comprehensive data and information gathering.Communicate significant issues identifying root causes of readiness gaps and/or cost inefficiencies for leadership review and action.Communicate ORDENT activities and accomplishments effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.Develop strategic strategies and workstreams for increased weapon system support for strategic US PEO(U&W) weapons initiatives.Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and logistical program/project issues.Oversees project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort, and monitoring and reporting progress.Builds and maintains U.S. and International relationships to expand KBR’s position within the Global Defense Eco-System for sustainment support.Identifies issues with necessary background information and potential sustainment solution options, discussing and assessing the merits of each option and providing recommendations in support of the OSD’s Global Defense Eco-System’s Regional Sustainment Framework. Analyze strategies and identify USG weapon initiatives partnering opportunities to position KBR’s sustainment capabilities with US Federal, State, and international government, industry, and academia that builds upon a sustainment CONUS and OCONUS network for economic growth.Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.Participates in company bid and proposal activities leading to portfolio growth and across the company landscape. Such activities are crucial to professional development and career progression.Assists in milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation preparation.Assists in performing a range of program management activities, including assistance in gathering data, conducting analyses, evaluation, and validation of acquisition programmatic documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

 BS / BA in Engineering or Business with at least 10 years of directly related experience. Advanced Degrees preferred. Extensive Program Management Experience and increasing leadership responsibility are preferred. In lieu of formal education, 18 years of directly related experience will be accepted.

Experience must include at least 5 years of functional or program management experience.Must be able to coordinate and facilitate ORDENT meetings, actions, and reporting with Tiers levels 2 and 3 members from PEO U&W, PEO IWS, PEO UWS, and USFF/CPF. Experience must include at least 10 years of professional experience in Defense acquisition and three (3) years of experience in support of Navy Acquisition management.Must have experience with aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program management objectives directly related to aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.Must have comprehensive knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures.Must have knowledge of the requirements of the DoD 5000 series, including planning, organizing, and managing critical aspects of the development, production, and/or deployment of capabilities for systems, subsystems, and equipment, and managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk.Must be able to work with a large and diverse teams and effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort, such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management Programs.

Must have an active top secret level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

MS Degree in Engineering or BusinessHave 15 years of experience with senior-level sponsors from the DoN munitions community that consists of the following areas specific to munitions:Maintenance Planning, Capabilities, and Infrastructure.Inventory Data Integrity, Accessibility, and Digital Transformation.Navy Munitions Requirements Process (NMRP) Optimization.Supply Chain Illumination and Capacity Increases, Including Coordination with OSD (IPB, JPAC, MRI, etc).International Storage, Rearming, and Maintenance Opportunities.Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: $XXX-XXX. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, contract affordability and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
