We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business value through the successful execution of IT-led, business-driven initiatives. This role will lead efforts around discovery, scoping, planning, and management of projects. The SPM will apply program management discipline to ensure the appropriate level of governance, change management and communications both within IT and across multiple lines of business. This role will also work in conjunction with the Director to advance the practices and methods of CyrusOne’s IT Program Management Organization. **Responsibilities:** + Facilitate Discovery with multiple stakeholder groups to adequately define problem statements, desired outcomes, ROI, and high-level execution plans. + Synthesize, organize, and document outputs created from Discovery into the appropriate artifacts / deliverables. + Partner with execution teams to build out and manage project workplans (WBS) that reflect agreed upon scope, approach, assumptions, etc. + Facilitate teamwork to ensure timely deliverables and completion of projects. + Identify dependencies across initiatives and highlight areas of risk, working with stakeholders to establish and implement mitigation strategies. + Lead the creation of project and program-level artifacts, including but not limited to Workplans, Communication Plans, Change Management Plans, Progress Reporting, Financial Reporting, etc. + Establish project and program-level budgets, and coordinate with internal departments on the relevant procedures, e.g., procurement, contracting, etc. + Manage the integration of vendor tasks on projects and track vendor deliverables. + Identify, document, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, and action items. + Ensure a timely closeout of completed programs to confirm outcomes are met, and program documentation is properly recorded. + Provide reporting and visibility to technology teams and business stakeholders on program milestones, risks, and issues. + Demonstrate strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external teams. + Document and communicate the results of your efforts. + Measures the project solution benefits and key measures of success post-implementation to ensure project benefits are realized. **Qualifications:** + 8+ years’ experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with a related undergraduate degree + Experience with Smartsheet and other program/project management tools + Proficiency in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint + Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Excellent presentation skills + Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills + Accomplishes tasks with minimal supervision **Education/Certifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree and related equivalent experience + PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP preferred but not required **Benefits:** + Remote work is supported two days a week + Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, life and disability insurance, access to mental health resources and employee assistance program + Competitive pay, performance bonus, 401(k) retirement plan with company match + Generous paid time off and holidays, parental leave CyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
