Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will support the accounts Facilities Management Organization by managing existing contracted FM-based programs as well as identifying scopes in the FM team's current day-to-day operations that should be managed programmatically.  They will own the end-to-end processes for each program including development, field implementation, work order completion, and data analytics.  The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for a team of Assistant Facility Managers and Program Managers to assist in program implementation and oversight.

 

Overall Responsibility

Bring online and manage the account’s facility inspection program including scope development and site prioritization.  Develop and oversee the data processing and analysis of inspection results for identifying needed improvements.  Create and maintain a pipeline of O&M improvement requirements.  Develop Capital improvement reporting to support the client's Capital planning program.Develop and manage processes for supporting specific programs around the above scope of services currently provided by the FM Team such as furniture repair and upgrade work and marketing/signage improvements.     Work with the Account FM Team, Engineering Team, and JLL Reliability Engineering Team to ensure the Corrigo Preventive Maintenance program is set up to ensure optimal and consistent service for all managed facilities.Perform effectiveness reviews on all managed programs to ensure continual improvement is occurring.Oversee a project documentation and asset handoff program ensuring all the required information that results from project work at managed facilities is provided including specific equipment operations information, warranty information, and asset data necessary to properly set up Corrigo. Provide general account support with general process and procedure development, communications, and training for any FM Team needs as they arise.Review all outstanding SLA gaps and drive innovation and process improvement to maximize resources and results.Provide general support for account or client asks as needed regarding gathering data and developing reporting outside of the standard Corrigo and Azara reportingManage and support a team of 3-6 AFM and Junior Program Managers.

 

Preferred Competencies and Experience

Experience developing practices and procedures and Preventive Maintenance programs for Facilities Management teams5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management OperationsExperience with managing teams of 6 or more including managers, supplier management, problem-solving, and client/ customer relationsExperience using Corrgio CMMS system a plus

Estimated total compensation for this position:

50,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
