Finance, under the Office of the CFO, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Finance Transformation team who is responsible for leading and running enterprise and CFO-driven priorities and initiatives. This role will lead and handle a subset of projects within that enterprise and Finance-led portfolio; projects will range from initiatives including, but not limited to Agentforce, Organizational Health, Expanding Geos and Product Availability, and Financial Transformation & Rigor. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation. 

Position Responsibilities:

In close partnership with various Finance leaders, lead prioritized Finance projects with enterprise impact to deliver sophisticated business outcomes through the organized collaboration of various internal and external functions.

Provide program/project management leadership including: 

Create and maintain effective project charters depicting business objectives, program scope, roles and responsibilities, and value realization

Consistently manage project schedules, scopes, budgets, and status updates

Pro-actively manage project dependencies, issues, and risks

Coordinate and provide highly structured and cadenced updates to ensure comprehensive substantive coverage and timely response and execution from Finance teams and/or external dependencies

Drive internal approval and consensus-building

Work closely with Finance, Business Technology, Employee Success, Legal, Product, and Distribution to better align and prioritize cross-functional initiatives requiring multi-stakeholder consensus and execution

Experience/Skills Required:

8+ years of confirmed professional project management experience including direct leadership of multiple, global and cross-functional projects

Experience in Finance transformation, including the ability to spot risks and drive issues to resolution

Experience in process mapping and requirements gathering

Strong analytical and organizational proficiencies, including data extraction, manipulation, and presentation to support project execution

Exceptional communication skills; ability to engage and influence people across teams and convey sophisticated ideas in a strategic and concise fashion

Ability to be resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and leading multiple responsibilities

Ability to drive strategic projects to completion with minimal oversight

Confirmed client leadership skills, including the ability to interact with and influence senior company executives (SVPs, VPs, etc.)

Experience/Skills Desired:

4+ years of management consulting experience at a credible strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy team

On the ground experience with SAAS (preferred) or high tech

PMP or equivalent certification
