Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Job Description

Join a world-leading integrated project and programme management consultancy, where you will oversee the construction of a new inspection service and concourse at Dulles and Washington Airport. The project scope includes building baggage and x-ray machines, with a budget ranging from $150 to $650 million. You will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesOversee managers working on client engagements within practice.Review high-level deliverables across projects.Implement project review and quality assurance procedures to ensure profitable and successful execution of engagements.Manage scope and minimize company exposure and risk across multiple projects.Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.Monitor project receivables and address elevated billing issues.Integrate financial data for multiple projects and accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.Set expectations upward regarding revenue and profitability projections, managing towards and achieving revenue goals set for projects.Review the Project Status Report (PSR) and general financial reporting required to generate client cost reports.Ensure the execution and filing of project legal documents.Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.Essential Skills10-15 years of experience in aviation and construction.Experience with large programs such as government campuses, military bases, universities, or museums.Experience managing projects from $50 million and above.Relevant Degree in Program Management or Project Management.Additional Skills & QualificationsHighly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem solving.Strong decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design & Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling, and Risk Analysis.General understanding of Primavera, Expedition/Prolog, or similar.Proficiency in Information Technology including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/hr.
