Senior Program Manager

MAIN FUNCTION:

The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal, multi-faceted role in overseeing and managing various educational projects within Griffin Hospital School of Allied Health Careers. This role involves curriculum development, technology integration, infrastructure improvement, and more, ensuring that all projects and programs align with state and federal regulations and our educational goals while identifying, soliciting and cultivating community partnerships to support program development and growth.

Develops new curriculum or instructional programs across all campuses, with a focus on hybrid and internship programs ensuring alignment with educational standards and effective integration into existing systems. Oversees Medical Assistant scholarship programs to secure employment opportunities. Maintains oversight of all hybrid programs and manages the medical assistant program’s skills labs, class schedule, internship and externship clinical placements. Establishes and maintains clinical sites and contracts with providers. Leads the deployment and integration of advanced digital technologies, including SIS, LMS API, and content management systems. Ensures accurate tracking and reporting of student information for various grant partners including G&E reporting. Develops metrics to identify and measure the success of the programs, reporting and measuring grant success and related evaluation. Manages multiple routine projects simultaneously. Collaborates with school Director to implement cost effective plans and implement processes that support SOAH goals, objectives, strategies, policies and procedures. Develops project plans including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
