BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager for an opportunity in Toronto, Canada.

Expected Duration: 6 months contract with strong possibility of extension

Pay Range: $79.29/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the program management function in delivering new product developments, sustaining engineering activities, and executive management communications. This role requires a deep understanding of program management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an end-to-end multi-functional commercialization process to deliver product/system offerings within the committed timeline, budget, and quality. Create, assemble, and lead a cross-functional team along all elements of the value chain, ensuring that comprehensive cross-functional plans and deliverables are in place. Track project detailed status, drive accountability, and report progress on projects through a methodical management system. Identify roadblocks and influence others to help come up with solutions to schedule, technical, or resource challenges. Utilize positive creativity to come up with recovery plans. Work every day with a can-do, aggressive, and bias-for-action mindset. Create the annual plan for the business and drive the teams to achieve the committed targets. Partner closely with sourcing and operations. Prepare and deliver leadership presentations to support the organization's progress. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of program management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
