Purpose of the role
The internal and supplier assurance (ISA) solutions business partners with clients to build trust in their internal organisation and across their value chain. ISA has undergone a tremendous amount of growth and continues to do so; this role will support this growth across the globe. It will shape and harmonise our approach to delivering client solutions so that we are able to add greater value to our clients and enhance our client centricity.
Opportunity to join our Internal and Supplier Assurance Solutions team to support the establishment and management of Internal and Supplier Audit Programs. This role is critical in supporting our clients embed a successful Internal and Supplier Audit program.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Program Establishment: This role will collaborate with the lead auditor, commercial team and relevant stakeholders to engage with client and understand their needs and establish the audit program requirements i.e.
Developing operating procedures and work instructions to support ISA program(s) which is globally accessible
Creating a RACI agreeing on key roles and responsibilities to ensure practical operational delivery
Collaborating with the lead auditor and SME's to ensure all components of the audit toolkit have been established.
This will result in a process that:
Maintains client centricity at the core when establishing the program
Supports global operating teams deploy the program consistently
Supports delivery teams (auditors) be prepared for the audit
Program Management: This role will be the client point of contact for service delivery and will collaborate with global operating teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered to time and quality.
Build a strong relationship with the client by establishing a cadence to report on the progress of the program, collate feedback and effective resolution of complaints
Ensuring the roles and responsibilities identified in the RACI is upheld and program KPI's are delivered against
Calculate the program profitability to support ongoing commercial conversations
Identify opportunities for improving the program
