Senior Program Manager; Redeployment, Vehicle Delivery
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Global Fleet team is building a world class last mile fleet and we are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Vehicle Redeployment to join us. Global Fleet is responsible for ensuring we have the right vehicles in the right spots at the right time to meet our customer needs. We are a data driven team with big goals and our always looking to challenge ourselves to identify better solutions and new ways to impact our customers. Our team offers a unique opportunity to build programs that solve delivery vehicle needs with a lot of opportunities.

The Sr PM, Vehicle Redeployment own vehicle movement and reconditioning programs to ensure a world class fleet has the right vehicles in the right areas as well as continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Leads, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program.
- Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
- Work backwards from the customer, introducing new ways to manage Amazon-owned equipment.
- Scale new programs quickly and with high quality.
- Deliver features/services to drive continuous value to customers.
- Ensure key information cascades consistently and smoothly across stakeholder organizations.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, ops, finance, and other business teams to bring ideas to fruition.
- Develop automated solutions in partnership with technology teams.
- Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution with his/her team.
- Responsible for defining and measuring internal and external performance standards.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the program area.


**Travel expectations are approximately 15%.
