Job SummaryAt Battelle Cyber, we solve the toughest problems in the world. We take a cross-discipline approach to develop vertically integrated cyber solutions leveraging deep expertise across microelectronics, computer science, and electrical engineering.
Battelle is seeking an experienced professional for the Senior Program Manager (PM) position within our Cyber Trust and Assurance division in Columbus, OH or Chantilly, VA. This role manages a high level of technical complexity and programmatic risk. The PM will build upon current large-scale programs to secure new programs, leverage contacts within the space to build new business, develop and maintain an executable technology roadmap to guide internal investment, find and orchestrate large market engagements, and build the portfolio infrastructure to grow into larger markets within microelectronics, advanced analytics, and AI/ML.

Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, CE, Math, Physics the Physical Sciences or equivalent with 12+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education/experience in a relevant field. 8-10 years of project management with 6+ years on government projects/programsExperience leading, executing, and delegating on a portfolio level Experience with system engineering trade-offs and guiding project, technical and task leadsDemonstrated ability to communicate to executive level management, teaming partners, and customersExperience managing multiple subcontractors across task ordersHigh level of understanding and experience with SCI/SAP/SAR programs, security procedures, information systems, and classified physical space requirementsHigh level of diplomacy and patience Experience leading a team of teams; experts in physical sciences and engineering to develop novel techniques, instrumentation, and processes on a complex technical infrastructureWillingness to travel to regional office sites and partner locations across the United StatesUS Citizenship with a Top Secret SCI w/FS poly
