Job description:
The Senior Program Manager supports the Managers, Directors and Medical Directors in strategy development, feasibility assessment, implementation and ongoing management of key programmatic development initiatives. Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: new services feasibility and development; quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; facility, equipment and supply needs; new technology assessment; and, market evaluation and communications. This position is responsible for leading complex programs/projects to include the creation and oversight of project timeliness, plans and schedules. Administers the process of analyzing requirements and makes recommendations and facilitates system and process change as needed. Assures analysis and management of the total needs of the assigned programs/projects.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience. 6 years Progressive responsibility in project/program management preferably in a health care setting.
