Senior Program Strategist

The Field Experience Activation team is looking for a motivated, innovative Senior Project Leader to directly impact the experiences of the firm's Regional Technology Advocate (RTA) program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the RTA program in support of over 700 branch associates. This will involve working with firm stakeholders to drive the awareness, advocacy, and adoption of technology-supported experiences. Core responsibilities include:Developing the strategic roadmap for program management, support, and execution Core stakeholder management across the home office and the fieldLeading program related projects in support of strategic roadmapLeading day-to-day program operations either directly or through others on the teamFront-line support to RTA Branch teamsEdward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
