Job Description:

Vaxcom Services, A Parsons Company, is looking for an amazingly talented senior manager to join our team!  In this role you will get to support a variety of dynamic and challenging security mission programs active both domestically and overseas.  Amongst a variety of responsibilities, you will assist in the staffing, licensing, and training of a workforce filling a variety of sensitive positions.  In line with those responsibilities you will be recognized as the lead recruiter for independent contractors supporting Vaxcom.

What You'll Be Doing.

Be a key member of the management team at Vaxcom Services involved in the growth of existing programs and the strategic stand up of new opportunities across a geographically diverse area.

Provide guidance to senior management.

Conduct recruiting activities in support of Vaxcom, as we staff Independent Contractor positions across a variety of current and future programs.

Assist a variety of program management personnel as a hiring manager on employee based positions at Vaxcom.

Focus on the licensing and training of new personnel as appropriate to client, state, and federal requirements.

Utilize clearance and prior experience to interact directly with our teams to include interactions with teams located at sensitive government sites. 

Travel within CONUS when necessary to support our geographically diverse teams; especially those that may be stood up in the future to meet ever evolving requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring.

Current TOP SECRET security clearance with FS Polygraph.

10 years of progressively responsible professional experience.

5+ years experience in recruiting personnel (either employees or Independent Contractors) with polygraph level clearances.

5+ years of Military Experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
