Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

 

Join Our Team as a Senior Programmer Analyst - Salesforce Developer!

Are you passionate about Salesforce? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our developer function. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, and integrations  Developing REST and SOAP-based APIs using Informatica or MuleSoft  Working with cloud-based and on-premises applications such as Salesforce, Informatica, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft, Databricks, Azure, etc.  Integrate Salesforce with other applications using tools like Informatica and MuleSoft   Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)  Deliver real-time, event-driven, and batch integration solutions Apply strong understanding of QA processes and test-driven development  Implement best practices for integrating Salesforce with other platforms  Translate business needs into technical solutions, manage prioritization of requests, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders  Collaborate effectively within Agile teams and follow iterative development practices. 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field  MuleSoft Integration or Platform Architect Certification  Proven experience as a Salesforce or Mulesoft Developer with a focus on integrations  Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and integration tools.  Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.  Experience in working with various integration patterns, including real-time, event-driven, and batch processing  Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services and messaging protocols such as JMS and AMQP  Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)  Experience in working with Agile methodologies and participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Strong communication and collaboration skills  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

 

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud or any Salesforce Industry Clouds  Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion  Experience with ServiceNow
