This position will require a person with a diverse set of skills who can manage multiple projects for the SICAS Center and the campuses we support. While supporting Banner is our core mission, we are continually expanding our footprint to include the technologies used by our members. This position will require someone with the ability to learn a new application quickly to effectively work with it and translate that knowledge into materials others can learn from. The SICAS Center is a SUNY-wide shared service organized to provide software enhancements, technical support, best practices, and training for Ellucian's Banner software system to member campuses including SUNY state operated and community college campuses as well as several associate member campuses made up of private colleges and universities in New York State.
