This role is essential for offering professional and analytical services that greatly contribute to the accomplishment of DCSA's strategic objectives. As a vital member of our team, you will be pivotal in aiding initiatives aligned with the DCSA Strategic Plan, specifically in areas of Organization Design and Realignment Support, Workforce and Workplace Studies, along with project management assistance for various programs and activities. Key Responsibilities: Organization Design and Realignment Support: + Analyzing and providing insights on organizational structures and making recommendations for strategic realignments or restructuring efforts. + Supporting the creation of organizational design action plans and assisting in the development of leadership and workforce strategies. + Assisting in the facilitation of meetings and activities related to organizational changes and transformations. Workforce and Workplace Studies: + Engaging in studies and analysis aimed at enhancing processes, workforce efficiency, and workplace optimization across DCSA. + Recommending studies to aid in the agency's continuous improvement and maturity. + Employing change management techniques to navigate the organization through desired changes. Project Management Support Activities: + Assisting in managing critical agency meetings, ensuring the smooth execution of events covering current and emerging topics. + Supporting the planning, scheduling, and preparation of essential briefing materials. Program Strategy Support: + Aiding in the support and execution of cross-mission integration projects by aligning initiatives with strategic objectives. + Contributing to the data collection, research, and analysis efforts that underpin cross-mission initiatives. Qualifications: + GED or High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is highly desired. + In lieu of a degree, the following substitutions will be considered: + Relevant training and certifications related to the position. + An additional six (6) years of relevant work experience in place of a Bachelor's degree. + An Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant work experience as a substitute for a Bachelor's degree. + Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Analysis, Project Support, or a related field. + Proven expertise in organizational analysis, change management, and strategic planning. + Strong understanding of DoD security policies and experience working in a DoD program environment. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with staff and senior leaders across the agency. + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Microsoft Power BI experience is desirable.
