Arcadis' New York office is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Workplace team, contributing to a range of high-profile projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production, and coordination of technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction DocumentationOversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulationsManage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectivesCollaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projectsMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goalsQualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license8-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in workplace design and project deliveryProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordinationStrong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challengesExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutionsAdditional Information
