Responsibilities Page’s Mission Critical team is seeking an Architect with a minimum of 10-years’ overall experience in data centers and large scale, multi-disciplinary design. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter seeking progressive challenges. Manage fast-paced design projects while providing innovative solutions to solve design and construction challenges. Work alongside an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design team. Mentor junior staff throughout the design and construction process. Position offers both personal and professional growth with a wide range of responsibilities and leadership roles. Responsibilities for this role also include: Project design development and production delivery Identifying and addressing design related issues Construction administrative processes including site observation Working with clients, owners, and contractors Oversight of budget, schedule, jurisdictional requirements Qualifications Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university; 10+ years’ overall experience with experience in data centers and large scale, multi-disciplinary design; Registered Architect: Proficiency with REVIT to be used throughout project phases; Effective at collaborative communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery; Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution; Successful at leading and organizing a team of disciplines and consultants; Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes; Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project; Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust for fast deadlines; Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes. #LI-EC1 Page is an EOE/AA/VET/IWD employer and subscribes to E-Verify.
