The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters). **Job Summary** As a Senior Program Coordinator within the Business Resources Heritage Team, you will be responsible for providing commercial business support for our facilities that utilize ANTARES Parts Invoicing, Direct Ship, and our Data Analytics and Reporting Team within the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD). This role would be responsible but not limited to: **What you will do:** + Interact with customers directly to understand their business problem, create technical requirements, as well as develop, test, and deploy solutions + Understanding, extracting, and formatting data from various systems + Support existing schedules, processes and solutions + Collaborate with others to document, standardize, and support the datalab infrastructure + Provide leadership guidance and mentoring to team members + Actively manage and respond to ANTARES Parts Invoicing (API) supports customer requests + Research and collaborate with other functional groups to determine root cause, develop solutions, test, and implement solutions related to API system enhancements and failures. + Provide dedicated Business Resource support to the Direct Ship team that will include collaborating with other functional teams regarding new business opportunities and support requests. + Collaborate with others to prioritize and manage Direct Ship system enhancements **What you will have:** + **Data Gathering & Analysis:** Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment. + **Programming Languages:** Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques, and platforms to write and modify programming languages. + **Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. + **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
