As a Sr Project Engineer-Test design process (Sr Advanced Test Engineer) at Honeywell Aerospace Technology, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills in test engineering and project management.

In this role, you will lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of test applications across multiple programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed through managing team efforts to achieve program goals.

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON.
\n\n
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nCoordinate design and development activities within the test functions to address customer requirements\nManage the program plan, including scope, schedule, cost, technical aspects, resources, and risks\nEstablish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates, and schedules\nLead the solution definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to production\nTrack and report program progress, costs, risks, and milestones\nLead internal and external design reviews and technical coordination meetings\nEnsure compliance with Aerospace Engineering Processes\nLead proposal preparations and act as a proposal focal within the Test function\n\n#LI-Hybrid
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering-Electronics\nMinimum of 5 years of engineering experience in electronics in an aerospace environment or transportation industry\nMinimum of 3 years in project management, including baseline management, earned value reporting, and computer-based scheduling and reporting tools\n\n\n
