Your Role:
As a Senior Project Engineer within the Engineering & Technology team, you are a critical business partner for the MilliporeSigma Life Science (LS) Business and will support the preparation and execution of strategic and tactical projects. You will be responsible for managing and supporting capital projects up to $10 MM, including design firms up to $2 MM in fees, across manufacturing and shipping locations in the United States.
In your role you will support the technical project manager in developing the technical across project scope, reviewing, and challenging external designs for your area of responsibility and ensure that technical interdependencies are identified.
You contribute to the execution of the LS strategy and strive for technological advancement by evaluating effective, sustainable, and state-of-the-art solutions in line with applicable safety and quality requirements, leveraging the internal technology network the whole organization.
You contribute to the execution of the LS strategy and will support the strategic development of the North American Life Science network.
The position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Master’s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringPMP certification Excellent communication skills and have a profound knowledge of quality regulationsKnowledgeable about facilities systems, Packaging equipment, material flow in a Distribution operation, automationAnalyze complex situations and systems to develop solutionsSkills and experience in supporting larger technical investment projects (10M$-100M$) in mechanical engineering from idea to completionPassionate about identifying new technologyWork effectively, disciplined, and have demonstrated documentation skillsIdentify required resources, internal or external experts and stakeholdersExperience in a GMP production environment
