Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tTechnical contribution. Make detailed analyzer system (house, shelter, cabinet, and rack) design for the projects in compliance with application project technical specifica-tions, codes, and international standards related to analyzer systems.•\tSales support. Assists in performing engineering review and analysis to support technical proposal team submitting solutions and cost optimization. •\tContract management. Supports Project Manager in issuing claims (new scope of work, cost im-pact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.) •\tCustomer. Interacts with customers, contractors, suppliers. Be technical focal point to customers and lead all project technical meet-ings.•\tPeople leadership and development. Leads, supervises and coordinates project basis engineering team. Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, automation engineering or equivalent\tMinimum 5 years of working experience in the engineering field with a proven track record of interna-tional analyzer system projects\tProficiency in verbal and written English\tProficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Words, Excel and Powerpoint\tSkill with AutoCAD and Solidworks is an advantage\tAbility to work in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with minimal use of resources, time and effort
