Management of Seat Systems design and development activitiesResponsible  for component selection, engineering calculations and designs in accordance with relevant standards in new product development or existing product improvement projectsPerform root cause analysis for improvements at project stages, develop alternatives and manage the process end-to-end until results are obtained,Provide trainings and contribute to the development of the team Researching technical issues, writing articles, attending conferences Coordinate the projects  with other departments, execute them in accordance with the plan and reporting regularly

Your Profile

Graduated from University from  Engineering Department, Master or Doctorate Degree/Student is a mustMin. 5 years of experience in similar positionGood level of English knowledgeAnalytical thinking, problem solving, strong written and verbal communication, effective time management,Planning and coordination skills, presentation and reporting skills,Preferably experienced in automotive seat systems,Experienced in Ford OTOSAN product commissioning systemsExperienced in technical drawing standards, specification reading, interpretation, critical dimensions and tolerances and PLM systemsCatia and SAP knowledge will be an assetR&D center procedure and operation knowledge will be an asset No travel restrictions,Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:
