This position reports to

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize and ensure that the design team performs at its best, seek continuous improvement of the department and ensure that our customers' expectations are met. Collaborate with other departments to achieve factory goals, support floor issues, create improvement ideas and follow up on projects, also expected to support with the day to day work of the department. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tFollow-up of team goals (reports and work assignments).•\tFollow-up on departmental projects and resources optimization.•\tCreate technical information and new modeling drawings, if required.•\tRevision and creation of BOM of materials, and if necessary, new documents and part numbers (SAP).•\tGeneration and revision of technical information of complex dimensional parts or components for custom orders.•\tRelease technical information and provide technical support to internal and eternal costumers.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineer\t6+ Years experience in Design for Electrical or Metal mechanical industry \tKnowledge in Standards for Design\tKnowledge in 3D Modeling, Solidworks, AutoCAD, NX or Similar \tSAP or similar ERP\tAdvanced English\tTeam Leading Experience
