Axient is seeking a skilled Project Management Support Specialist to provide expert advice and assistance in support of various project planning, execution, and management tasks for the 96 Test Wing customer. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management process, software tools, and a deep understanding of Air Force acquisition management policies and local financial management practices.
What you will do... Assist in the preparation of high-quality briefings, design reviews, requirements reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs). Utilize software tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Concerto for effective planning and reportingReport issues and recommend solutions to improve project executionProvide support for Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) for T-2 aircraft modifications and related projects. Manage software application to track modifications, maintain project pipelines, and close out completed projects.Synchronize all projects in the instrumentation portfolio and interpret scheduling data for leadership.Attend meetings, progress reviews, and lead discussions with configuration control boards. Engage with subject matter experts, project leads, and stakeholders to provide strategic support and recommendations. Skills you will need...
