JR64236 Senior Project Manager, Facilities EngineeringThe Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for delivering the Gujarat site construction and assist in developing a world-class team. The position will assist Director Facilities in managing, planning, design & engineering, construction, commissioning and budget of our Assembly and Test site expansion plan. The position will play an active role in managing cost and schedule control of overall construction project and oversee the coordination of building space allocation, layout and expansion plans. PM will coordinate all Engineering & Procurement aspects in a manner to effectively delivery the Construction element of the facility development. The role will also support Director Facilities define the business value of construction projects and delivering outcomes that benefit the business plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Directly Manage all aspects of development, including Planning, Design, Permitting, Procurement and Construction, and manage the construction of Gujarat site expansion which includes schedule and safety performance of our contractors.Collaborate with Global and Site EHS construction teams to implement programs to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the workforceMaintain accountability and performance of project progress and team’s results through frequent reporting of KPIs and metrics.Assist and Work with key internal stakeholders to continue evolution of future conceptual design and constructability while weighing budgetary impacts while aligning design to network requirements.PM will maintain the budget status, construction schedule, (timing and) resource health and other related metrics to senior leadership team.Work with global construction team and site teams to ensure smooth handover of building & systemsCollaborate with functional areas throughout the company including but not limited to Global Communications, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing Operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with preferred PMI qualificationMinimum of 25+ years of experience in managing large infrastructure projectsSound understanding of project management software like Primavera P6 or MS ProjectsProficiency in software like Microsoft Excel for FinancialsPreferred Skills:
