Define the Project charter, establish operating rhythms and overall program structure Establish and enforce project governance mechanisms around decision making and escalation Lead the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules for large and extra large projects involving multiple workstreams Establish mechanisms for Risk and Issue Management Provide status reporting to all levels of leadership including company Senior Leadership Team Lead through all stages of the system development life cycle for highly complex, integrated HRIS projects (Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance) Maintain a focus on the project’s stated business case and provide mechanisms for the capture of Benefits Realization during and after the implementation of deliverables Facilitate gap analysis exercises of current state vs. future state capabilities Lead the implementation of complex operational solutions in Workday and other HRIS systems. ?
