As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our success story, by inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and organizational goals. You will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations for innovation, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities: Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively. Project Coordination:
Coordinate activities between different project phases.
Ensure seamless integration of project components.
Facilitate communication between team members to maintain project flow. Communications:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and reports.
Ensure all communication is aligned with project goals and company standards. Budget Management:
Develop and maintain project budgets.
Monitor and report on financial performance.
Implement cost control measures to ensure project profitability. Schedule Management:
Create detailed project schedules.
Track progress against key milestones.
Adjust timelines and resources as needed to meet project objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Uphold the requisite quality standards in project deliverables.
Conduct regular quality reviews and implement improvements.

Education Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
Licenses/Certifications: 
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to achieve within one-year of hire is preferred.
Experience 12+ years in project management.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
